Asymmetry Evaluation of Sea Cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) Gut and Its Surrounding Environment in the Bacterial Community

Animals are not only regulated by their own genes but also influenced symbiotic bacteria, most of which colonized in the gut. The gut bacterial community is involved plenty physiological processes; therefore, intestinal colonization commensal microbiota essential to health host animal. Here, metagenome sequencing A. japonicus gut, surrounding water, and feed was performed explore structural functional characteristics bacteria japonicus. Results showed that Bacteroidetes Proteobacteria were main dominant phyla Formosa, Vibrio, Lactobacillus genera. There asymmetry between its environment community. In terms top 50 abundant genera, those shared a similarity 26% with water 30% feed. According KEGG annotation, metabolic pathways glycan biosynthesis metabolism, nitrogen cysteine methionine metabolism. This implies gut-colonized addition, might be related growth metabolism
